This design provides a large foliage expanse that will surprise and delight the hotel guests as they look down from their room. Unexpected and enormous, the mural will capture its viewer’s attention from any room and viewpoint with window access. The resulting experience will counteract overcast days (common among the Columbus, Ohio landscape), and compliment bright and sunny days.
The rooftop painting consists of organic flowers and plant life, including a number of trillium flowers (the official wildflower of Ohio), and 3 large carnations (the official flower of Ohio). The method of painting these elements, coupled with EPDM roofing membrane being exposed in the background, will allow for the design to exist among the architecture in an interesting way that is also consistent with other branding elements in the building.
